This month sees the introduction of new record-keeping and reporting requirements linked to the onshore employment intermediaries legislation.
Staffing firms will need to record details of every contractor or temp they place, but who is not paid via the agency’s own PAYE scheme. This information must then be sent to HMRC in a quarterly online report, the first of which is due by 5th August 2015.
