As one of the founding members of the FCSA, Parasol is delighted to have been named as an accredited member. To become an accredited member of the FCSA, applicants must undergo an independent and rigorous assessment of their business services, operations, policies and processes, all of which are examined to ensure adherence to FCSA compliance standards. This announcement showcases our promise to protect the interests of our employees and to put them at the heart of all that we do.

This accreditation demonstrates to contractors, freelancers and recruitment businesses that members are acting both professionally and ethically within the UK tax, employment and regulatory laws. Coupled with financial stability tests, FCSA accreditation is proof that professional businesses can take the lead in delivering the highest levels of industry standards.

Derek Kelly, Parasol's CEO commented:

“We are delighted to have passed FCSA’s rigorous auditing and be granted accredited status which is recognised throughout the industry as the gold standard for compliance and professionalism. Our staff are committed to delivering the highest levels of service to recruiters, end clients and contractors and I’d like to personally thank them for helping us to achieve FCSA’s standards across our brands. As one of the largest umbrella providers to the UK’s flexible workforce, we look forward to working with FCSA to continue to support and drive our sector forward’’.

FCSA’s chief executive, Julia Kermode added:

“FCSA accreditation is something to be celebrated and I am thrilled that Parasol has successfully met the extremely high standards required to become a fully accredited member of the FCSA.  I know that Derek and his team care passionately about our sector and I look forward to working with Parasol to continue our efforts in raising standards and supporting the UK’s flexible workforce.”
