I joined Parasol after finding a role as a service desk analyst and even though I didn’t seek them out myself, working with Parasol is one of the best decisions I’ve made. As a first time contractor, Parasol made the transition smooth and easy, and any fears I had about the amount of administration involved soon disappeared. Every time I’ve contacted Parasol they have listened and given me informative advice and managed to solve any queries I’ve had. If you want to be a contractor and are nervous, Parasol is a great support system.
My first encounter with Parasol wasn’t the most conventional. I first heard about them through my wife who was working with the CEO at the time and she had nothing but good things to say. So, when I decided to leap in to contracting five years ago, Parasol was the firm choice. The communication level has always been fantastic. Parasol’s team is friendly and attentive on the phone and no matter what contract length, Parasol has supported me all the way and I never feel forgotten. Deciding to make a change in your career can be daunting, but the easy process, intuitive online portal and quick action if there’s ever been a problem, has made contracting a lot easier and I can’t recommend them enough. The only consistent bit about contracting is working with Parasol and I love it!
