Maximised tax efficiency balanced with full compliance
With over two decades’ experience in umbrella employment, Parasol are already practised players in this field. We have always been committed to keeping our agencies and hirers on the right side of UK tax laws while ensuring their paperwork is as efficient as possible (so everybody is getting the most out of their salaries and revenue). Having said this, we know that many of our partner agencies have contractors located outside the UK, which means they have different tax laws they need to comply with. Our new developments will enable us to expand our scope for support beyond the UK and keep more of your contractors compliant with the tax laws that apply to them.
Streamlined operations and less administrative burden
Parasol will soon be utilising new software solutions that bring together and streamline multiple payroll processes, thereby improving efficiency for contractors and agencies alike. The more laborious payroll tasks we can take out of our partners’/customers’ hands, the better.

One of the trickier aspects of owning a recruitment agency or business is balancing available funds between timely payment to contractors and variable invoice settlement deadlines from end clients.
