We’ll reach out to your friend and guide them through the onboarding process – no fuss, no stress!

Business as usual

Once your friend is onboard, we'll get to work! As long as they're with us for four weeks, your £50 each is in the bag and you’ll both be entered into the prize draw.

Spend your reward

Spend the £50 on whatever you like, and keep your eyes peeled to see if you win the £300! The prize draw takes place every 3 months, so you’ll be entered into the first one after your friend has completed four successful weeks.

1How does Refer a Friend work?
If you and your friend meet the eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions, the £50 reward for both of you will appear on your payslips under the Total Invoice Value section of the summary. Additionally, you’ll both be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win £300.
2Am I eligible to Refer a Friend?
To refer a friend, you must be an existing Parasol umbrella employee or client of Caroola Group.
3Can I refer myself?
No, you can’t. It must be a friend or family member.
4When will we both receive our reward?
The reward payment will be processed within 30 days after your friend has completed four weeks on an assignment with Parasol. It will be processed through payroll and be subject to the usual statutory employer and employee deductions. The £300 prize draw takes place every three months, so you’ll be entered into the next draw after meeting the criteria outlined in the terms and conditions.
