Frequently asked questions

1How does Refer a Friend work?
If you and your friend meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions and your friend has been on assignment with Parasol for 4 weeks, your £50 reward will be added to the overall invoice value for a specific pay period. Just complete the form above and we will take care of the rest.
2Am I eligible to Refer a Friend?
The Refer a Friend offer is open to existing Caroola Group clients or umbrella employees only.
3Can I refer myself?
No, you can’t. It must be a friend or family member.
4When and how will I receive my reward?
The Reward for a successful referral will be added to the overall invoice value for a specific pay period. The payment will be processed through the referrers weekly/monthly payroll and will be subject to the usual statutory employer and employee deductions.
5What should I do if I haven’t received my reward or have any questions?
If you haven’t received your reward 30 days after your friend has been on assignment with Parasol for 4 weeks please contact es@parasolgroup.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
