Hannah is an employment lawyer specialising in advising businesses in the recruitment and workforce solutions sector, from umbrella companies to agencies and master vendors. Hannah provides advice on all aspects of employment law and HR issues, deals with senior exits and director disputes, and provides strategic advice to businesses to prevent and defend Employment Tribunal claims. She also provides advice on the regulatory framework governing the recruitment industry, including the Agency Workers Regulations, NMW issues and Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate investigations.

Tina has 24 years’ of experience working within the recruitment sector. Tina spent 15 years working at NES Global Talent, 10 of which as their Global HRD, and then four years as the Global HR Director for Fircroft Engineering Services. All this before setting up her own HR Consultancy in 2019 to support a wide variety of clients within the recruitment sector. Tina then joined one of the fastest growing business consultancies in the UK in 2023, NorthStar People.
